At Rainbows, we value the trust you place in us when you provide us with your personal data. Rainbows has appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer who has set out several policies and procedures to ensure that your personal data is not lost, accidently destroyed, misused, or disclosed.
At Rainbows we want to be open and honest about the way we use the personal data you have entrusted with us, and we have different privacy notices depending on the type of personal data collected and your relationship with us.

Read our supporters’ privacy notice: This privacy notice applies to anyone who provides their personal data to support Rainbows as a charity, by attending events, making donations, or visiting one of our charity shops. It also covers personal data processed for visitors to our hospice for non-clinical and employment or volunteering purposes.
Read our clinical privacy notice: This notice applies to anyone who is receiving our clinical care and support at the hospice or in the community.
Read our applicant privacy notice: This notice applies to anyone who makes an application for either a paid or volunteer role at Rainbows.
Please note, if you are offered an employment or volunteer role, a separate privacy notice will be provided directly to you.
