Three cheers for Three Peaks!
On the 15th May, Graeme, Tina, Paul and Lewis from TGW Logistics undertook the ‘Three Peak Challenge’.
For any of you unfamiliar with the Three Peak Challenge, it asks participants to climb Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales in 24 hours (or thereabouts). When travel time is taken off, the Three Peaks Challenge involves around 13 hours of walking.
The great news is that not only did Graeme, Tina, Paul and Lewis complete the challenge, but they also raised an amazing £1,324.58 for Rainbows through their JustGiving page, beating their target in the process! It’s also worth mentioning that they completed the challenge in less than favourable weather conditions, as the photo above shows. A big well done and thanks to you all from everyone at Rainbows!
