Rainbows People Team named as HR Awards finalists

The People Team at Rainbows has been named as a finalist in the British HR Awards 2025.
Our team has been shortlisted for Public & Not for Profit Organisation of the Year. There was fierce competition as just over 350 entries were received from organisations across the UK.
Julia Bates, Director of People at Rainbows, said: “We are thrilled to be finalists of the British HR Awards in the category of Public & Not for Profit Organisation of the Year.
“We have invested heavily in our People function over the last three years to improve our engagement, values and culture across the workforce, which has had a direct and positive impact on our babies, children, young people and their families.
“To be recognised for our work and achievements is nothing short of fantastic and I am incredibly proud of the team.”
Nate Harwood, British HR Awards judge, said: “We were humbled by the record number and quality of entries this year. It was incredible to see such ingenuity in action, reflecting the outstanding skill, passion and hard work of teams and individuals up and down the UK. Congratulations to all the finalists.”
The awards ceremony takes place in Covent Garden, London, on Wednesday 2 April.
