Businesses invited to take on a virtual challenge for Rainbows
For colleagues who are working at home and missing the office banter, we’ve developed a brand new competition, the WFHoO Challenge.
The WFHoO Challenge (Working from Home or Office) will not only help people stay connected to their peers, but it will also help to raise money for the charity at this difficult time – while encouraging some friendly competition.
Split into four events, the WFHoO Challenge will ask teams of four to take part in a variety of events and challenges to earn points and have fun, while supporting us. The challenges include two quizzes, a pet photo competition and the Rainbows 5K – a virtual event, which encourages participants to complete a 5K distance however they like.
Emily Wright, Corporate Partnership Fundraiser at Rainbows, said: “The next few months are going to be difficult for everyone and we want to help look after all of our supporters. It’s going to be so important that we all keep in touch, video call each other and make sure our colleagues are doing ok. We’re all going to be missing the office banter, so we thought we’d help!
“We’re asking businesses throughout the East Midlands to take on this challeng¬e not only to stay connected to your colleagues, either at home or in the office, but also to help raise some money for Rainbows. Our families still need your support at this time;
it’s not going to be easy for any of us.”
For businesses who are looking to keep their teams in conversation and having fun, the Rainbows WFHoO Challenge is the perfect idea. To get involved or find out more, contact Emily Wright on 01509 638 033 or email [email protected]
